Quinoa cooking method
1- Rinse quinoa
2- Put olive heat and fry a little bit.
3- Add broth (any kind) and anise star
4- Bring to boil
5- Turn off the heat and close the lid.
6- Wait 15 minutes and remove lid
Trade star anise for herbs or whatever flavor to match your dish. Confit onions can be a great addition.
