- Boil potatoes until tender, about 8 minutes.
- In separate bowl combine salad dressing, sour cream, 1/2 cheese and bacon.
- Add potatoes and salt to mixture and stir well.
- Spoon potatoes into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350* until bubbly - approximately 20 minutes.
