Good family casserole. Love it!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In small bowl, thoroughly combine onion recipe soup mix, buttermilk, flour and garlic; set aside.
In lightly greased 2 quart shallow casserole, arrange chicken breasts and vegetables; add soup mixture. Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Remove cover and top with bread crumbs combined with butter. Continue baking, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle, if desired, with paprika.
