Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water to bloom.
In saucepan, place water, sugar, bloomed gelatin, vanilla and berries. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes until berries are completely broken down.
Strain and allow the liquid to cool.
Whip cream with confectioner's sugar. Fold in raspberry liquid. Immediately spoon into bowls.
Only needs to chill for an hour or so.
Makes 6 large or 8 small servings.
