Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon to drain.
Add butter to drippings on griddle and saute mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour until blended; gradually stri in broth and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Remove form heat, stir in cheese, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
Drain macaroni. Stir macaroni and bacon into sauce.
