A real family favorite - really good!
Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans, sausage, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve beans with rice and additional pepper sauce.
I use turkey kielbasa for this!
