Preheat Oven to 375 F
Combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, vegetable oil and white chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Mix by hand until well blended until dough forms.
Form tablespoon size balls and place on a baking sheet lined with silpat about 1 inch apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
