Grease a square pan
Stir flour, sugar and baking powder
Cut in the butter with a fork and mix
Take 1/2 mixture and put aside
Beat egg and stir in 1/2 flour mixture. Take other 1/2 and press into plan. Spread jelly over. Sprinkle with 1 cup of chips
Stir 2/3 cup of chips into crumb mixture. Sprinkle on top
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until lightly browned
