Suggest a better descriptionCombine butter, oats, flour and brown sugar. Firmly pat 3/4 mixture into 9 inch pie pan and cover with chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar and flour over rhubarb. Place remaining oats mixture over top. Bake 45 minutes or till soft.
Bake 350 degrees.
