Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour,rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Press 1/2 of mixture into an ungreased 9x9 baking pan. cover with rhubarb.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Add water, and cook and stir until thickenedand bubbly. Then cook 2minutes longer. Remove from heat and add vanilla and food coloring.
Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumble.
Bake at 350' for 50 minutes or until bubbly.
