2. Add vermicelli
3. Cook until vermicelli starts to turn golden brown
4. Add rice and stir to saturate with olive oil
5. Add liquid
6. Lower heat to simmer and cover with a lid
7. Cook for 20 minutes
8. Take off heat, stir and enjoy
