Suggest a better descriptionSoak rice for 15-30min, drain rinse.
Go into saute mode (pressure cooker). Add water. Once it begins to steam add milk, then rice.
Pressure cook for 20min then naturally release pressure for 10-15min.
Back to saute mode. Add sugar, cardamom and saffron. Stir until combined and reduce to proper consistency (don't go overboard like xmas). Add more coconut milk if too thick.
