Suggest a better descriptionMix rice and 4 cups of milk & salt, bring to a boil then reduce to 2 cover and simmer for 30 mins.
after, beat remaining milk, eggs and vanilla into pot, stir/let sit.
Can leave out egg if desired (just less creamy)

2 1/2c milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
