Cook rice according to package directions Combine rice, chiles, about 3/4 of the cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Place in 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, in oven preheated to 350 about 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
