2 cups Sugar
1/2 lb. Butter
1 lb. Ricotta
3 Eggs
4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla
Icing
1 box Confectioner's Sugar
3-4 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Buttermilk
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and butter until creamed. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
2. Sift Salt, flour and baking soda.
3. Add flour mixture and ricotta cheese.
4. Drop on greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
6. Let cookies cool, then ice. Add multi-colored sprinkles once iced.
