Cook sausage - microwave 8 minutes - 2 pieces paper to put on bottom and 2 pieces on top. Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add vodka and tomatoes and boil away for about 20 minutes until the liquid is reduced. Put the sausage in food processor and pulse (or cut finely). Add tomato mix and then add half and half a little at a time. Keep stirring and keep it hot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make the rigatoni and then toss the rigatoni and sauce together.
