Substitute your favorite bread and condiments if you prefer.
In small sauce pan, add roast beef to beef broth and heat over medium heat till hot, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile toast bread. Spread a layer of horseradish sauce on one side of two slices. Top with hot roast beef (let drain slightly) then top each with two slices of Swiss cheese.
Broil in oven, until cheese melts.
Remove from oven. Top with roasted red peppers if desired.
Spread a bit more horseradish sauce and/or mayo and/or Dijon on remaining two slices of toasted, top sandwiches and cut in half. Serve immediately
