Suggest a better descriptionMarinate Tenderloin with olive oil, soy sauce, lea and perrins, black pepper and calamansi for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees then reduce to 350 degrees. Place pyrex or pan on lower rack and cook for 10 minutes.
Pull out of oven and place butter on top.
Before serving put pyrex or pan back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Pull out and cover with aluminum foil to retain the heat.
Present the meat with:
Bagiuo beans - boil for 10 minutes
Button Mushrooms - left over from the can
* Saute both ingredients in butter
SAUCE:
Saute garlic, onion, add celery, carrots, mushrooms, 1/2 cup water and simmer till cooked.
Add drippings of meat and add flour mixture.
FLOUR MIXTURE:
Heat olive oil, add flour and keep stirring until golden brown using very low fire.
*Before cooking this recipe, start with the flour mixture, since it takes a while to cook.
