2. Rinse and trim broccoli to bite size. Put them in a mixing bowl.
3. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper.
4. Spread out Panko bread crumbs in a 9” x 13” cake pan.
5. Toast cake pan for 2 minutes until bread crumbs are toasted reddish brown.
6. Toss the bread crumbs with the broccoli mixture and put everything back into the cake pan.
7. Roast cake pan for another 8-10 minutes.
8. Mix in shredded cheese
9. Let cool and then refrigerate. Will keep for up to 2 days.
