Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 500. Place cauliflower on a large baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the EVOO, salt, cumin, and pepper. Drizzle over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread the vegetables in a single layer and roast until cauliflower is tender (20 minutes). Add the almonds and bake 5 more minutes or until almonds are toasted.
