Lightly fry mushrooms, cap side down, for 20 seconds.
Arrange mushrooms, stalks up, in shallow roasting pan.
Mix butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and seasoning. Spoon a little onto each mushroom, lightly press breadcrumbs on top. Refrigerate immediately for later use, or roast immediately for 10 minutes.
