Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 deg F Lightly oil roasting pan (spraying is good) Place cubed sweet potatoes in pan and drizzle/spray a little oil on them. Sprinkle thyme all over. Toss and Sprinkle again. Roast in oven for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time. They come out a little like roast potatoes/baked fries.
