Zucchini baked like french fries
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Slice zucchini lengthwise into quarters. Brush with or roll in olive oil. Sprinkle zucchini with garlic powder, black pepper, thyme and sage.
Arrange on cookie sheet and roast, tossing halfway through, for about 20 minutes or until golden and slightly browned at the edges.
