Doe de verse tomaten, uien en de knoflook in een braadpan. Voeg 3 eetlepels water toe. Besprenkelen met de kerrie en het zout Bak in de oven voor 30 minuten.
Eenmaal klaar, blendeer de inhoud van de braadpan tot een gladde massa.
Plaats de inhoud van de blender in een grote pan op laag vuur. Voeg dan van kokosmelk toe, edelgist en de resterende specerijen.
Verwarm grondig en serveer! Geniet!
