Paula Deen Recipe (tweaked for my taste)
1. Grill chicken until browned in oo with rosemary, salt & pepper.
2. Once browned remove chicken.
3. Add onion & garlic. Cook on Medium stirring occasionally until onion is tender.
4. Add vinegar (exact amt!) let cook down.
5. Stir in tomatoes, broth, pinch salt. Cook stirring often until tomatoes soften and sauce thickens a little. About 5 minutes
6. Stir in Basil.
7. Return Chicken to pan & heat through.
*Served with roasted baby/petite potatoes.
