Add oil to the flour and rub in

Break off ball of dough slightly larger than a golf ball and roll out into a circle
Toast the roti on both sides brushing both sides with melted butter or margarine on the heated pan and remove to a plate cover it with a clean dish cloth and repeat process until all dough is finished
