Suggest a better descriptionLay out pounded beef and spread each with 1 Tbsp mustard, 1 slice pickle and 1/2 slice of bacon. Roll up from shorted end and tie with string. Roll each in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in skillet in oil until brown on all sides. Add the beef broth and simmer with lid on for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove rolls from pan to a plate.
Make a slurry with 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp flour. Slowly add to simmering broth. Stir until thickened. If more broth is needed or more flour slurry this would be the time to do it. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the sour cream. Return the rolls to the pan and keep on low until served.
