Combine first 3 ingredients. Bring water and oil to a boil. Add boiling liquid to matzo meal mixture, add eggs 1 at a time. Beat throughly. Let stand 15 minutes. Grease cookie sheet. Grease hands, form balls (about 9). Place on cookie sheet. Bat at 375 for 50 minutes. They puff up.
