Suggest a better descriptionTake all the outer leaves off the cooked Savoy cabbage, and put on one side. Fry the rice, onion, some oregano and thyme in a half cup of olive oil until the rice is soft. Mix this up with the pork. Take one handful of the mixture after another you wrap it in a cabbage leaf then put the stuffed cabbage on one side. Now line an oven proof dish with streaky bacon and add some shredded cabbage, and put a layer of stuffed cabbage on top. Finish off with your pureed tomatoes and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours.
