Suggest a better descriptionIn kitchen aid bowl, add warm water honey and dry yeast, mix lightly and wait for bubbles. Add dry milk and honey to yeast mix. Add flours, wheat gluten, salt, caraway seed and mix with hook until dough formed on sides of bowl. Cover and let rise until double. Form into loaf for pan or free formed artisan loaf. If cooked in pan cook for 35 minutes at 350 deg. if formed as artisan loaf, preheat oven to 350 deg. and slide loaf in on pizza stone. Place pan of water for steam under bread. Cook for 20 minutes. Check bread.
