Suggest a better description1. In a 6-8 quart pot cook onion in oil over medium heat until soft (10 min). Add garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add ginger and spices until fragrant- 1 min.
2. Working in batches, stir in spinach and cook until wilted (5 min)
3. Remove from heat, stir in yogurt and salt.
4. Serve with steamed basmati rice and naan.
