Cook pastas separately & drain.
Mix mayonnaise & coleslaw dressing until it is all mixed together.
Put all ingredients, EXCEPT ORANGES, in a very large bowl & mix carefully until everything is coated with the dressing.
Add mandarin oranges last, very carefully.
This makes a lot and is good the day after too.
