Refreshing, light, creamy salad with grapes. Great for summer picnics.
Stem and rinse all the grapes. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. I hand mixed, but it's creamier if you use a mixer. Fold in the grapes until evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour.
Optional: Top with brown sugar and pecans upon serving.
