Combine meat, worcesteshire, onlion and seasoning in bowl. Form 2 large oval patties, 1 inch think. Heat one tablespoon of oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add meat patties to pan. Cook 6 minutes each side until meat cooked through. Remove and loosely cover with foil to keep warm. Add 1 tablespoon oil and the butter to pan and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook till tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add sprinkle of flour to pan and cook 2 minutes more. Whisk in stock and cook till thick, one minute.
