Process bread in food processor or blender until coarse crumbs crumble with fingers. 2. Mix egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, basil, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl. Add salmon and flake with a fork. Stir in bread crumbs, scallion and celery. 3. Shape in 1-inch-thick patties, using a level 1/2-cup salmon mixture for each. 4. Place on lightly greased broiler pan rack. Brush patties with half the oil. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 5 minutes. Turn patties over, brush with remaining oil and broil 5 to 6 minutes longer or until hot and lightly golden. 5. Meanwhile mix all Tartar sauce ingredients. Serve with patties.
