Salsa Cruda - Italian Tomato Fish Sauce Topping - Great on top of white fish
Preparation
Put oil and vinegar in a bowl. Add garlic and tomatoes. Stir all ingredients together vigorously making sure to "bruise" the tomatoes so they will release their juice. Add fresh herbs and red onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
you can make this with less olive oil and it still tastes great
