In a half sized (disposable) aluminum pan, place tomatillo; garlic cloves; jalapenos and onion. Place pan in a smoker (wood chips of your choice) and smoke at 250-275 for 3 hours.
Put all ingrediants in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour and serve.
