Suggest a better descriptionMix water, yeast, and honey. Let sit until foamy. Mix in all ingredients except flour. Mix in flour slowly while mix with dough hook. Dough should be stretchy. Oil bottom of bowl. Cover and sit til doubled. Don't overproof. Looking for high middle. Punch down and shape into two loaves on floured surface. Punch bottom closed. Sprinkle with flour on top. Cover with towel and let rise. Poke and it doesn't spring back, ready to bake.
Bake 375 for 25-35mins.
Brush with melted butter.
