Cookie with a mini Snicker bar candy in the middle
1. Combine the butter, peanut butter and sugars using a mixer on low to medium speed until light & fluffy.
2. Slowly add eggs and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Then mix in flour, salt & baking soda.
3. Cover & chill dough for 2-3 hours.
4. Take a tablespoon size of dough and flatten. Place a Snickers in the center and form a dough ball around it. Repeat to make about 24 dough balls.
5. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
**Holiday Hint - Sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
