se amesteca cu faina si branza si putin oregano
Aluatul se lasa la rece min 3 ore
Se intinde aluatul intre 2 foi de hartie de copt. Se lipeste de hartie si e bine sa mai fie dat la frigider/congelator inainte sa dezlipim hartia din partea de sus.
Se taie in forma de saratele, se presara sare mare, chimen, susan si se apasa sa intre in aluat.
Se coc la 180gr cam 20 de min
