Can freeze before cooking. Make sure macaroni is covered with liquid. Can thaw some in refrig before cooking.
Cook macaroni until done. Drain. Save water. Melt butter. Add flour and mustard. Add milk and/or milk. Add cheese until melted. Add to macaroni. Cook in very hot 400 degree oven until brown and bubbly. Cool 15 minutes.
