Suggest a better description1. Brown sausage in large rondeau, then drain and reserve 3/4 of the fat.
2. Place cabbage, peppers and onions onto flat top griddle with reserved grease from pork, then add 1 cup of water. Season generously with salt and pepper and garlic powder, stirring all around. When cabbage begins going limp, add in sausage and cook for another 5 minutes. Take off heat and stir in sour cream.
3. Warm pitas, cut in half and fill with the stuffing. Top with more sour cream if desired.
