One pan sausage and potato dish
prepare veges, heat oil in large pan, put blobs do sausage meat into pan and brown. Add onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots. Make up packet with 1.5 cups of water and the tomatoe sauce, pour over and stir to combine. Cover and cook till spuds done (20 minutes). Add frozen peas for last 5 minutes. Went down pretty good! Used a spicy sausage, would be nice with any flavour however. Try adding mushrooms.
