Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the zucchini & onion to the skillet. Cook, stirring, until the zucchini is tender-crisp.
Add the tomatoes, tomato juice, oregano, thyme & basil. Heat them through.
Add some salt & pepper to taste. Then serve.
