Baked basa fish fillet in lemon butter sauce with Parmesan cheese.
1) Preheat the oven at 350dF.
2) Wash the fish with water, then with white vinegar, then rinse with water.
3) Drain the water out of the fish and pat dry.
4) Slice the fillets in 4 parts each, then drench it in lemon juice.
5) Rub the fillets with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, Parsley and Parmesan cheese.
* You add grated lemon peel in the rub and use crunchy onion flakes instead of onion powder, or use both.
5) Slice the whole onion, Julienne, the sprinkle on top of the fillet.
* You can also add green onion.
6) Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes, adding more butter and Parmesan cheese while baking.
7) Serve fresh out the oven with white steamed rice, with a little bit of butter.
