Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 450, grease 2 quart baking dish
2) In large bowl, combine cheeses and set aside 1/3 for later. In the larger bowl, add cream, rosemary, garlic, 1.25 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp pepper.
3) Thinly slice the potatoes and hand toss in cheese mixture until well coated. Pack vertically in baking dish and pour and remaining cheese mixture over the top.
4) Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
5) Remove and uncover dish, spreading remaining cheese over the top. Place back in oven for another hour or until potatoes are tender and the top golden brown.
