Suggest a better descriptionIn medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Stir constantly until boiling. Remove from heat.
Peel and slice potatoes thinly. Peel and chop/slice onions. Layer half of the potatoes and onions in 2 quart casserole. Pour half of the sauce over. Layer the rest of the potatoes and onions and cover with the rest of the sauce.
Bake covered at 350 F for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
