Suggest a better description1. Steam or microwave beans and snow peas until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold running water. Drain again and set aside. 2. Place wine and scallops in a saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes or until scallops just turn opaque. Using a slotted spoon, remove scallops and set aside. 3. To make sauce, place oil, lime juice, vinegar, dill, chilli paste and black pepper to taste in a screw top jar. Shake well to combine. 4.
