Defrost scallops; pat dry. Heat oil in heavy pan with lid. Add scallops, lemon juice, garlic salt. You may need to add a little sugar. Cover with lid and cook until brown; approximately 3-5 minute.
Serve with beans and grits. Also good with side of tomato onion relish.
