Suggest a better descriptionClean the chicken breast from ligaments, little bones and fat. This is a crucial step for picky eaters.
DO NOT pound the breasts. Slice them instead.
In one dish mix the bread crumbs, sesame and spices.
In a second dish mix the eggs.
Dip the chicken slices in the egg mixture, then in the bread crumbs. Place pieces on a third dish.
Heat the oil (make sure it's hot), reduce the heat and patiently fry the chicken pieces. Use also the small pieces the are the best!!! If there are many pieces, use 2 pans.
Place the ready schnitzels on paper towels and serve asap. (or freeze).
